Multiple projection inputs are combined into a single consensus number. Individual source values remain internal to the model.
Matchup Intelligence
Opponent efficiency, position-specific defensive performance, coverage context, player role and recent usage add context around the baseline projection.
PropSignal Edge
The displayed edge is the numerical difference between the current sportsbook line and the PropSignal projection. Freshness status is tracked so stale information can be withheld from the live board.
What the number means
A positive difference indicates the projection is above the sportsbook line; a negative difference indicates it is below. PropSignal is designed for research and comparison, not to guarantee results.
Data freshness
Current line and projection records are timestamped. Public live views are intended to use fresh records only; when a live feed is unavailable, PropSignal labels the content as a sample preview rather than presenting it as current market data.
